I used to be in a couple of bands!
The first band I joined in 2017 in college, called Strangelight. Originally we were gonna be called The Blue Flames when we went to the college talent show, but it didnt really stick lol. Our first actual gig we changed our name and played some cover songs of shit like green day and the killers but like a year later our singer David really starting cranking out songs he's had to himself and fleshing them out and we started becoming "Strangelight" and it was fucking SICK. Shit was fun, but gigs didnt happen very often, which is cool i think because theyre all very memorable in their own ways. While we did gig a lot, we never truly recorded anything.
Then in 2019 I met a fantastic musician named Gus and he had his own band for a while called "Gusto Gusto". Their drummer had then recently become a dad, and really couldnt manage drumming in a band at the same time. Thus, i was recommended to be the new drummer for him and damn did i try my fucking best. All his songs are completely original and have a lot of thought and emotion put into everything, I am so fucking lucky to have been able to be a part of it all. Gus had most of his songs on bandcamp already, but he just recently released the full album on fucking SPOTIFY. So go listen to it! Gusto Gusto - Dynamic Worry. Good shit.
Tragically, my life needs to move forward as at the time I was in a deep azz rut in life. I just needed to put myself in a more productive space, so I left home and drove with all my shit in my car by myself from Texas to Indiana at 21 with a fucking pizza job to live with my best friend in his parents place. And this meant leaving behind my two bands T-T. But im optimistic for the future and hopefully i get more chances to make music with more fucking awesome musicians.
Music is my life and music is my passion and it will perpetually drive me forward. <3

I was in a few bands as a teenager, but for the most part no recordings survive, aside from some poor quality phone recordings from my last band in 2015, one in which only the first twenty or so seconds were recorded, and another in which the singer and I - I was the bassist - went to an open mic to do a cover of Paranoid by Black Sabbath, during which the singer freezes up due to anxiety and awkwardly stands there while I play along with the house band.
2016 was a bit of a rough year for me, so my band ended up not continuing and I hung up my bass for the time being. I want to get back into performing live, but it's a lot harder to find the opportunities when you're as amateurish as me as an adult.

Been making music for a long time, mostly self taught. Started on guitar, and bass, but now I just use my laptop. I started making "alternative rap" with Linux Multimedia Studio a few years ago, and started putting it all out for public consumption about two years ago. I used to be a singer and a bass player. Unfortunately in the last years it's been even more difficult to find people interested on playing together, everyone in this area seemed to progressively loose interest on making music. That's quite sad. I wish I could find someone to play with again =(

I'm in a band and I also have a few solo projects that I'm working on
My bands name is Wombology, we formed in 2017 and currently have a punk rock EP out titled During Crisis and have an album slated to be released on July 4th titled We The People
I release most of my "regular" music under the name Mickey Menace, I currently have a few releases out under this name such as Sidless 1&2 (which I made during some odd months alone in my bedroom), Greymatter (entirely instrumental record) and Shanghaied (also instrumental)
I also release Hip-Hop music under the name Mr. Pink (formerly Shrimp Charlie), I both produce and spit on songs. The only official releases I have out under this name are Strangest Videos Online, Falling Down Instrumentals and Bottle Rockets (all beats) but have a few singles out such as I'm Sorry Mama and Shakedown
I'm also in a Hip-Hop duo called Cease Fire! and we currently have one tape out as of now
