Petition to get JIN to give Kano more closure than just a speech from another character and just solving the villain problem. Like give him some time to work through his shit please, my god he has SO MUCH to unpack he did not get any closure- like I want to see things like the Mekakushidan encouraging him to be more authentic and true to himself, encouraging to voice his thoughts and opinions, talk about his feelings when he needs to, I want to see him realize that he doesn’t exist solely to have an objective use, like learn to love himself, he deserves closure! JIN gave the rest of the Mekakushidan closure via Mekakucity Actors, the songs or Mekakucity Reload; Seto learns to be brave, Momo finds people who understand her and can help her and she starts doing what she wants to do instead of living for other people, Shintaro and Ayano reunite, Hibiya and Hiyori reunite, Takane and Haruka reunite not to mention Takane presumably finally confesses her feelings to Haruka, Kido learns to accept herself and love herself for who she is, like where’s Kano’s happy ending? JIN! I REQUEST YOU GIVE KANO A HAPPY ENDING! LET HIM OVERCOME HIS PROBLEMS TOO >:(

Kano has a discord server filled with online friends that are roughly as depressed (and probably as traumatized) as he is and he calls it “the depression server”

He makes so many absent father jokes on that server that it’s just sad at this point

They know they have an absentee father and I’m not just referring to Kenjiro and the clearing eyes situation I’m talking abt his bio dad too

Ayano: she/her bisexual and poly honestly I think she likes both Shintaro and Takane. Autism tbh and depression she just does everything in her power to hide it (and needs to see a therapist). Honestly think she has the fine straight hair curse and she dips Oreos in tea.

Kido: she/they lesbian (we Stan KidoMomo in this here household) massive Social anxiety and covers it up with their tough facade probably ptsd too. She has a trunk of plushies stowed away somewhere that she gets out every night to sleep with they think no one else is aware of this (everyone knows she does this she’s been seen with plushies MANY times)

Seto: he/him demisexual and demiromantic tbh autism and ptsd he lost his god damn dog and almost drowned- (my eyes have been opened most of these characters are so autism coded) when he was younger he would constantly bring home stray cats and beg Ayaka and Kenjiro to let him adopt them (Kido, Kano, and Ayano all sided with him)

Kano: he/they pansexual greysexual (autism, adhd, depression, bpd (aka I just projected almost every mental illness I suspect I might have onto this poor bastard)) he made battery acid once but I hc that he has a low caffeine tolerance (I’m not projecting here I swear) and regretted it instantly. They didn’t sleep at all that night and were still feeling the effects until like 7am of the next morning and they finished the battery acid at 5am

Mary: she/her also demisexual and demiromantic autism and ptsd holy shit she watched her mom die in front her- while she didn’t know how to cook or bake when she moved in with the Mekatrio she learned eventually and it became her coping mechanism, she is a stress baker bc I said so

Momo: she/her bisexual (autism and I feel like she’s got some ptsd going on) she has a collection of random trinkets she found in whatever place on the ground somewhere. Like there’s just random screws, tops of ornaments, tattered playing cards, you name it.

Takane: she/her bisexual and poly autism and adhd and probably ptsd considering the whole thing with Haruka and the daze just look at her she def likes both Haruka and Ayano. She’s trying to teach herself programming, fight me, she wants to make a video game and honestly she’s so slay for that.

Shintaro: he/him bisexual and poly (it took him forever to figure this out bet) autism and depression this man is ridiculously depression and autism coded he once consumed so much caffeine that, let’s just say it created a brief problem with his heart until it wore off. He learned his lesson after that.

Hibiya: he/him the only straight person in the dan he adhd and ptsd seriously THE DAZE tbh keeps buying cat plushies and plans to give them all to Hiyori he just doesn’t k ow how to approach her about it.

Hiyori: she/her pansexual ptsd just look at the daze she knows about the cat plushies she’s kinda just waiting for Hibiya to say something bc he needs to figure out how to not be a mess.
