I play Skyrim without mods, but I'm wondering if there are mods that add new story lines or interesting enough quests? Are there creepy mods?

yes!

there are some mods that you can use, like the scary mod or the night mods. i cant actually recall or remember which ones are good since i havent been on nexus in a while. im sure you can find some decent ones on there.
