neocities, is not that similar but it has cutomization and cool vibes, it's more like websites than social media but still, pretty sick

Escargot - a WLM revival!
I used to be active there, so I can tell you there's a LOT of people there (aka it ain't dead)
The same people also used to have an AOL AIM revival service, but the website got shut down (not the servers tho, if yk what I could possibly mean)
