Do you recommend any horror / gore anime?

I saw you only had one reply (which is so sad) but the only gory ones ik off the top of my head are elfen lied and hellsing. (warning elfen lied is kinda sad)

You should definitely watch High-Rise Invasion; if you haven't already!

Corpse Party definitely

Dororo has it in the beginning, great story

Dorohedoro is amazing

Hell's Paradise has some in it, really cool setting and action there!

I haven't checked em out but Berserk and Genocyber do I think.

i really loved gyo from junji ito.

GORE:
I AM A HERO: zombie manga, with a twist and lots of psychological developments
Dorohedoro: as said from someone else
Franken fran: its about a empty headed scientist that will save a humen life at ANY cost. lots of body horror and gore, but it is more of a slice of life -ish
Brutal: Satsujin Kansatsukan no Kokuhaku: its about a homicide detective that kills criminals in grusome ways. if you know the show dexter its exactly that

Corpse Party: only 4 episodes and heavily filled with gore, BUT if you want a full storyline and everything, I suggest playing the games or reading the Corpse Party manga!

Highschool of the Dead: filled with a LOT of fanservice BUT there is a lot of gore considering it includes zombies after all

Made in Abyss: [Haven't Watched] BUT don't let the cutesy art style fool you >.<

Devilman Crybaby: Not so much gore BUT a good anime based on storyline and such

Higurashi: When They Cry: [Haven't Watched] Heard it was pretty gory and that it was a good horror anime though

Blood-C: [Haven't Watched] Heard it was gory as well

How about Elfen Lied? I really liked it when I was younger. 

It's not a anime but i think you could like it cause it's has a lot of gore there, it's pumpkin night! Sorry if my english sucks, i'm learning lol
