Possible bug infested clothes

Anyone know how to get possible bug eggs out of this sweater and jeans I found on the street? Without using a lot of heat because that might shrink the sweater.  (I don't know what its made of)

You could freeze them but ya gotta get em below -18 C (0 F). you can use rubbing alcohol but it only kills on contact, so its kinda hard to get em all. just make sure to wash any other fabric you own that the clothes may have touched cus bugs spread fast.
