Suggestions for forums

1) Delete old inactive threads. Ones that haven't received any new replies in over a year.

This will clean up the raw number of threads that come up in a search and make newer threads more accessible/visible.

2) Alerts about new replies available to all who participate on a thread, rather than just the thread's creator. This one would need to have an 'opt in/out' feature. This will greatly encourage active participation in existing threads.
