HOW DO I PUT STAMPS IN General

in the general box:

Do this for each stamp^

Also depending on your layout you might want to play with the size of them by adding 

<img src="LinkGoesHere" width="YourPreferedWidth" height="YourPreferedHeight"/>

In general for making small (or bigger changes) like this one I use this editor someone made.
