i've seen sws twice! once back in august of 2022 in arizona and then i saw them in abq where i'm from (i don't live in that city anymore don't try 2 find me lmao) in august of 2023! they said they wanna coma back to abq so i'm hoping they will maybe in 2024, the last show was their first time back in nm in 10 years :,) they're also playing wwwy and hopefully i can go this year. i was meant to go the first year but they cancelled and then the second year i was desperate to go because it was 5sos' last show but last minute found out i couldn't so that crushed me lmao.
n e ways short storytime for my first show cuz the second one is where it gets crazy.
for my first show we were driving up to arizona the day of the show and i woke up with an insane anxiety attack. i honestly didn't think id be able to drive out there and survive but i made it haha. since it was my first time seeing sws and they were my favorite band at the time (other than 1D) was still super nervous so i could barely eat my canes and my back hurt so bad from having such terrible anxiety all day. once i got to my show my back was sooooo bad and id barley ate anything, there was so like 3 or 4 bands before sws so i was dyinggggggggg but once sws came on stage and i saw kellin i forgot about it all. i had so much fun and screamed better off dead so hard. almost passed out like 5 times but f it we ball.

i was so excited to see sws was coming back to my state after 10 years so we got tickets asap. i was gonna get vip to meet them but sadly it sold out before i could. we got to the venue pretty early so we could get a good spot and while we were waiting in line i was at the back of the venue where they load in equipment n stuff, they were all already in the building because they were doing vip so i figured i wouldn't see them. during this time my mom had told me she'd buy me soundcheck for 5sos which i was so happy about because i was worrying about how i'd afford it for months at that point and my 5sos show was the next month (i'll do a storytime on my 5sos show on my blog cuz that was insane) so in my excitement i started pulling it up on my phone to send to her when suddenly i hear a very familiar voice say "hey guys"... i look up and KELLIN MF QUINN IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME? HES SAYING HI TO EVERYONE? as he walks in front of me i wave to him and say hi and he kinda stops and looks me dead in the eye and says hi RIGHT TO ME??????? once he left i literally fell to my knees. so yeah kellin quinn said hi to me. the show itself was sooooo good, the setlist was great, i almost had barricade so i was super close, tx2 pointed at me, and THEY PLAYED TROPHY FATHERS TROPHY SON???? i screamed so loud, i almost cried but i couldn't because i was screaming too much lmao. oh also during iris we sung so loud that it shocked kellin and he said 'holy sht" with the biggest smile on his face, i have a video of it, it was so cute.
anyways i miss them so much i really hope they come back soon.
