Any AA fans here who would like to talk their favourite cases? I think for me it would have to be Turnabout Trump from Apollo Justice, to me it provides a really amazing hook with that mystery and one of the better game-spanning running mysteries from any other game!
Honourable mentions obviously to Turnabout Goodbyes, Farewell, My Turnabout and Bridge to the Turnabout but I'm interested to see which cases you like, feel free to spoil whatever you like!

honestly all the cases that you mentioned are also my favorites. I might also add "Rise from the Ashes", it has a total different vibe compared to the rest of game (probably because it was later on added into the game) and I also just LOVE the Skye sisters!
Currently I finished watching a "Miles Edgeworth Investigations I" playthrough and the last case is something I really liked as well. I just loved how everything was connected at the end and we got to see some of the older characters as well!
Right now I am watching the second Miles Edgeworth Investigations game and so far it seems very promising!

Rise from the Ashes is definitely my favorite- I think the characters involved are all compelling and interesting, but in the first trilogy there really isn't a single case I would consider to be terrible or uninteresting. Outside of the main trilogy, Turnabout for Tomorrow was actually really good and the twist at the end had me out of my chair!
