Any Layout Searching Tips?

hi, im new to spacehey and sort of new to working with html (i dont have any sort of grasp on the skill, but ive done stuff with it on occasion) 

i'm trying to mix and match layout codes until i'm happy with the way my profile looks, but it's hard to search for things when you're trying to translate from your imagination and youre not good at key words. unfortunately, search engines cant read our minds (lmao i hope they never gain such ability), so i figured id ask for human help.

anyway, right now i'm looking for filters and overlays that go over your entire page. i've seen the sort of old tech screen-y ones but, i'm personally looking for vintage dust? like an old movie!

maybe filters don't actually exist in layouts, but i'm wondering what to do to make this dream happen
