COOL FINDS!

Hey folks, I'm a vintage reseller, so thrifting is literally my life. I will spend all day in the stores hunting down the best of the bests! I like sharing my finds, so I figured I'd make the first thread on it. Check it out!

This super cool early-1900's slag & milk glass bowl! I love the swirls, reminds me of old rainbow themes from the 80's. [Buy it here!]

I loved finding these super bright red/orange DKNY jeans from the late 1980's. They've got the original union-made tags on them, and they're made in the USA, which is unheard of these days. Super cool. [Buy them here!]

I was really stoked to find this 90's Grumpy's "Hand-Made Custom" Beanie. These things are super hard to find and from what little info I could dig up, they're all hand-made here in California. These just scream "I listen to Sublime and ride a rusty cruiser by the beach". You can get cheap knock-offs of these kinds of beanies, but nothing beats the real thing. [Buy it here!]
A custom-made 1990

This was such a lucky find. An antique 14K & Mexican fire opal teardrop pendant. It was mixed in with some costume jewelry I bought, and it took me a few go-throughs to find it. I still don't know who made it, and I wish I knew, because I could learn some of the history about it, but the mark has been lost to time, I can't find any info on it at all... [Buy it here!]

I found this awhile back, it's a large 20" 1980's character doll by Deborah Banyas. She makes them all by hand, and all the characters are unique. I don't even know if she ever makes more than one doll of the same character. They're stitched together and then covered in a hard tar-like fabric coating, then painted over, to preserve the material and make them more durable. It's signed and dated, which I absolutely love. This is a favorite of mine too, a victorian-era cobbler's desk placard. It's a flat brass woman's high-button shoe mounted on top of another arched piece of brass. Both the shoe and the base are hammer-etched with flowery flowing lines, but it's hard to see in this picture. [Buy it here!]
An antique cobbler

This was a recent find that just screams mid-century America. A SKOOKUM varsity jacket, hand made in Washington state with virgin wool and full-grain leather. It's the top-of-the line when it comes to basic school jackets and this one is in a dashing Ferrari-red! [Buy it here!]

That's all for now, but if you like what you see, feel free to [Visit My Shop!] and look around for more treasures! My thrifting is never-ending, so I plan to post more, but I do have ADHD so I might just forget.

Either way, enjoy! Let's see some of your finds!
