I'm not sure if this was a term my friends used or if it was more widely known, but does anyone remember those massive photobucket accounts full of scene & emo hair inspiration? Everything was broken down into sorted albums and there were hundreds of pics to print and bring to the hairdresser. I spent hours browsing those albums trying to find *the* perfect hair cut.

I've never heard of this, and I was a young adult at the time.
Besides, 'real' scenesters and punks did their own/each other's hair.
