I nee help figuring out what's wrong with my code (my body background gif is not showing)

So I found the old code I used for my profile (All credits to user: TheJasmineSixx(LunaGloomyCore)) and at the moment I added a lot of stuff to it but now my body background appears white instead of the gif I have linked, if anyone could help me solve the problem I'd appreciate it a lot
