Contact icon images?

Hello, I’m struggling with something. So, I figured out how to change the contact icons into custom gifs, but I’d like to know if there’s a way to resize them so it looks nice. (Other than just resizing the actual gif)

I tried it with the block user option, but it doesn’t fit quite right.
