Healthy ways to vent!


I didn't saw any posts here on forum, so I thought I will make one (hope it's okay).

I thought good idea will be to exchange healthy ways to vent.

My ideas:

- Write down your vent in some sort of notebook/diary.

- Imagine telling it to someone close to you (it can sometimes help a little bit).

- Find creative ways to vent (on exmple write some story, make music, draw, paint, or anything you want)
