It’s prolly gotta be the greek stories retold.. BY PERCU JACKSON. I’m just a huge percy jackson fan and that’s  a joke lol. My actual fav is The Song of Achilles tbh. I love the gay rep in greek myths and try to actively search for it so if u have any recs plz share ^^

beautifully written, has countless reflections on society/mankind and metaphors

also very dark academia

The unabridged Count of Monte Cristo. Such an amazing, if long, book. 

I don't really have one but I love anything dark,romantic and gay(boy on boy)

i've been really into toni morrison's work recently, so i gotta say beloved or the bluest eye at the moment

overall it would be mary shelley's frankenstein, i've read it like five times!

I really like Twilight and i’ve read it so many times

Toni Morrison is the best, I also just read Hangsaman by Shirley Jackson which I loved!!
