What's considered "cybergoth" music?

Probably new-gen edm, hyperpop, never really thought about it like that, and I'm probably way off.

its been like 10 years since ive really been involved in anything cybergoth but from what i remember a lot of ebm (similar to edm but not the same), industrial, electro-industrial... more subgenres along those lines...

I would say ebm (electronic body music) was THE defining cybergoth genre. the most infamous song being 'pong' by eisenfunk.
