Need help with 3D modelling a wearable helmet

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but I would like some help modelling the helmet in my pfp. I own a 3D printer, so do not worry about printing as I can sort it out. Please give an honest and upfront estimate of how much I will be charged!
