 To my knowledge, there is no easily accessible, accurate English translation of the song さっきまで泣いてたのは誰だ？by Meme off their album Chitotetochi. From what I can tell through broken auto-translation services and sketchy third-party lyric sites, it seems as though the song is a somber portrayal of insomnia, loneliness and depression, with the singer trying their best to comfort the person in such a dire strait.
