idk what to do i’m over him

okay so me and this guy talked for ages and lost touch then regained touch again, later the texting started getting dry and instead of trying to fix it the guy just said he did it wanna talk anymore and i was heartbroken but later got over him, i eventually got over him until he randomly texted me one day like nothing happened, we talked for a few days then i just wasn’t feeling it and i didn’t talk to him i still haven’t responded to his message he sent a few weeks ago and i don’t really think i should respond, im over him and we both just aren’t feeling it, am i a terrible person for not liking him anymore?
