hmm well the only other one that comes to mind is not really gothic rock or any subgenre, but you might like Ayria. She's more "futurepop" and kind of industrial but her theme and style kinda screams "perky goth".

Kerli 100%. Estonian artist, LGBTQIA+ ally (I think she's also Queer), has been featured on a track with Motionless In White (cinematic take of 'Another Life') and is considered musical Bubble/Perky Goth. I'd recommend starting with 'Creepshow' - that MV is just *chef's kiss*.
