Astarion Romance when good aligned? [BG3]

Hey so I really really like baldurs gate 3 and have unfortunately fallen for the asshole vampire character, but being evil makes me feel bad. Do any of yall know how to balance out getting his approval while also staying good?
Also does playing as dark urge make it any easier to romance Astarion?
