I need help finding a TTS Voice.

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a TTS voice. The only information I have about it is that it was included on a 1996 program called Microsoft TalkIt!, as "Big Robot".

You may also recognize this voice for the "Target Locked" sound effect and All Your Base Are Belong To Us, where it was used as the voice of CATS and the main of the song. Here's a demonstration.

Does anyone know more information about that voice? And more importantly, is it possible to use it on Balabolka? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
