Hey! I'm sorry about that, is there something bothering you? I would recommend melatonin pills (they are natural) or drink valerian infusion.
before sleeping it would be better to avoid bright screens, btw you can still listen to relaxing music or asmr by placing the phone on the side or using headphones (but be careful, they get tangled!) even a nice hot shower can help and even do physical activity during the day to feel more sleepy after.
