I am personally very excited for the next game from bethesda, with it being a new IP, I'm hoping it explores new concepts in an enjoyable format. I expect there to be bugs, but what good Bethesda game hasn't been buggy as hell, and even if the game is absolutely terrible, I'm confident in the abilities of modders to create content and patches to fix that within a few years. hence why I'm confident in pre-ordering.

i don't know about pre-ordering, that's always risky. but starfield does look like its shaping to be a really interesting and innovating game. im mostly wondering how its gonna be different from no mans sky or even the outer wildsÂ
