Looking to commission a background artist for my webcomic!!

hii! i want to start a webcomic and i was wondering if there were any people willing to draw background art for it. the webcomic will be drawn on procreate and will be done with the brush ''ink bleed''. 

i dont have a specific price in mind so im open to discussing payment. my plan is to pay per background drawn but im open other ideas
