What is this cartoon dad-like fashion called?

Hey, I've been looking for clothes that you wear and look like a cartoon dad. But I never know what it's called.

I just want to know cuz, I like the style and maybe I could wear inspired outfits and maybe if someone asks me what I'm wearing .

The outfits were always wearing sweaters and sweater vests and it would always have patterns , it was in the 20s, and the guys would always smoke a pipe.!!!

(Please, tell me if you know!! I may have bad taste in fashion. But maybe once i am a father, i could wear this, smoke a pipe and read newspaper in my classic own sofa!!! maybe say attaboy!!!)
