I'd probably say Goodwill. Fashion didn't really change much between the 2000s and the 2010s, except for men sagging their pants lol.

I get mine from places like vinted and sometimes there's gyaru clothes that kinda look mcbling, sometimes Primark do like hot pink or zebra print, I reccoment seccond hand site the most tho!!! 💋💋💋💋
