Changing Profile Comment Color and Border around Edit Profile Button

Hello, I am trying to change the profile comment color (the background color of comments on my profile) to be transparent, however, I cant find any color data on the style anywhere, Where is color of comment background stored?

Also, I would like to remove the black border around the "Edit your Profile" button, where is that button stored on Style.
