So, I'll go first of course :] I'm Nova. I have a love of dark, borderline 'edgy' stuff. Disturbing films that push the envelope, music that involves morally questionable and depraved lyrics, books that deal with old gods and blood pacts, gore and death, roadkill, anything really that unsettles even others that share my interests.
Yes, as cliché as it sounds, I'm seen as slightly more extreme and "out there" than most of my mentally disturbed peers. I don't mind it, though--In fact, I really love it. I've always felt comfortable in my own skin because of it, and oddly I've never felt out of place even if others look at me strangely.
Going off of that note, though, I also love writing and enjoy using my free time to write music, short stories, scripts, and even programming to various degrees. I tend to incorporate a lot of my darker interests into this writing as well, I always seem to have since I was young. I guess my childhood helped and still helps to form my creativity in often twisted ways.
I look forward to getting to build this group and know everyone in it, as well as share interests, stories, films, books, music, photography, etc. etc. Anything that might pertain to those similar 'dark' traits that we might share as like-minded people. Hope you all have an amazing day! :3
