How do I tell my mom I don't like her comparing my ADHD to our dog being inbred (we got her inbred sadly, she's from a bad breeding place)

that is extremely 'odd' - its actually just ignorant and offensive. having ADHD isn't some sort of defect or abnormality nor is it comparable to being inbred.
i'd say the best way to address this is asking if you can talk and then explaining why your hurt by the comparison - trying to address it right after its happened may cause her to be defensive so.
