LG Env series, T-Mobile Sidekick, Motorola Razr, LG Chocolate, any Blackberry
If you actually mean traditional FLIP phones, and not just feature phones of the time, then that's mainly the Razr series and stuff like the LG VX5200. Env series is great if you count in qwerty flips.
