hi, i recently got into digicams, more specifically for video so im looking for affordable options. The idea is to find a digi cam with that nostalgic 2000 added to it
although if anyone knows apps for android phones that will make your camera look like that at filming, i welcome it (´∩｡• ᵕ •｡∩`)

Hmm Well I would say try the pro ccd app it does have quite the selection of different free digicam simulations and you can adjust settings as you would like but to unlock the reset of it the app wants you to pay a subscription however as a fellow android user myself there's a everything unlocked apk of the app online...and as for digi with the look i would say the canon PowerShot g1,2 or 3 have video and give the look and are pretty affordable on ebay as well as tho Olympus vr series cameras and the sz10.Hope this helped.

the app dazz cam is reaaaally good, i dunno if its on android, i use it on ios.
about the camera u know what, using one of those bootleg gopro cameras from amazon can cost u like 10$ w great results and the wonky lens effect gives it an extra touch. i customized mine and it looks really cute w stickers inside the plastic case it brings , also i love the pics it takes. no flash tho, but i just turn my phone flash and thats it-
u can also go to any thrift stores, charity shops or flea market. specially in the latest, there usually are a lot of old digicams around, just make sure it works right there. some used to work with AA batteries so u can carry a few to test them right there. and a SD card, (:
