Need help changing the icons found in the links section [closed]

I'm having a hard time finding anything about changing the social media icons that are in the links section. I want to change them into the little blinky start bullet points I made that are in the contacting section and I swear I've seen someone here with the icons changed to more updated versions of the website logos. Does someone know how to change them?
