help me with the groups section

I joined a lot of groups because its fun, right? well not every group I'm in shows up on the group page, and that's a huge design flaw. How do I get to a place where I can see all my groups like all my friends? I'm really new to this site, and this feels like and oversight. Please help me or do something about this.
