Can you add a feature where you can subscribe / follow forum topics?

Basically like the following blogs section except instead of certain users, it's certain topics. There's been a lot of times where I post in someone else's topic and unknowingly get a reply or even just times I wanna check on a thread that's buried even though it has gotten some more responses. Bonus points if they also have notifications
