i've had a number of sleep paralysis experiences over the years, but the most intense one i ever had happened like 2 or 3 years back and was the second time i ever had it.
i woke up unable to move (duh) and looked around my room for a moment before realizing there was this weird fucked up dog bear thing at the side of my bed. the front of it's skull was exposed on the front of it's face and it was breathing heavily, and somehow, i could feel the warmth of it's breath and the smell and everything. i started breathing heavily trying to more any part of my body i could to snap myself out of it, but it only made this thing start breathing heavier.
i eventually snapped out of it after a minute or so and went about my day, but it's worth noting that i didn't have any dogs in the house at the time, and it couldnt have been my cat because he was asleep in another room.
sleep paralysis is real fun. thankfully i dont get it much, only a few times a year.
