Not really no, pS2 emulator only started getting good on PC in the recent years. for phones you probably won't find anything super good for the 3D era of games (playstation, nintendo 64)

AetherSX2, but only if you can find the old version somewhere on the internet, because it was sabotaged not so long ago on play store
