I really like your brevity and the repeating on each line, like a hammer strikes a nail. When I read it, it does show me raw emotion, especially when the perspective shifts from wanting another to forget them, to the opposite; it tells me that this perspective has a volatility that can cast another/more meanings to the piece apart from face value that can come with shorter pieces.
