look into the 80s D.C. hardcore scene it's a gold mine
The ones I recommend is: attitude by bad brains, circles by dag nasty and breathe by jawbox

i like folk punk
harley poe is good and ghost mice
pat the bunny and jukebox the ghost are good too
most songs by them are blood and zombies and being bad people ngl

i recommend older punk like from the first wave - im very partial to the clash but there's also the sex pistols, descendants, christian death (a little more goth), etc. - those are just ones i personally listen to
