Trans women taking estrogen can experience PMS symptoms, particularly those with estrogen sensitivities.
However, those claiming to experience period pains may be experiencing phantom-pain associated with a strong connection to female genitalia. Otherwise, I have literally never heard trans women talking about this.
In fact, I have no idea why you even decided to make this post unless you're wanting to spread some terfy rhetoric. weird if you ask me.
