elden ring bug

sorry if i shouldn't post this here but i'm a bit confused. so, i downloaded elden ring on my xbox one and it downloaded smoothly, there was no issues. however when i opened the game, there was no sound. i thought that was odd because on my home screen, the sound was fine - it was just when i opened elden ring. however, while checking my other games to see if they had the same issue, they were all fine except for greedfall, which is a fairly recent game as well. it seems any game 2014 and before didn't have that issue, but now my more recent games just have .. no sound. i've tried looking up fixes for this bug but they're all for pc and not xbox one. i'd like to see if there's anything i could do before contacting xbox support because it may not be a huge problem, considering all my other games have perfectly fine sound with no glitching or crackling and it's just greedfall and elden ring. has anyone else had this issue? were you able to fix it??
