Is it possible to change all audio src with css?

i apparently like to push css to the limits

in every page on my site, i have an image of a gramophone that plays/pauses music on click, and then the audio that it plays.

i was wondering if it's in any way possible to change the music on each page via css? rather than having to keep track of every possible mp3 file i might want to play and storing them separately from all the html+css files. would just be really convenient to like. move a set of /**/ brackets rather than copy and paste a buncha links every time oaushdhasudo
