So first and foremost I just wanna say don't get discouraged bbg, I have literally been trying to shift for 4 years and JUST did it for the first time in April. Second of all, there is this really amazing guided meditation on Spotify Here that is what I use EVERY time I shift, its been a game changer for me. Additionally, something that I like to do once I'm in the void state, which is what this meditation guides you into is to start to visualize yourself at one end of a long hallway. Then picture a door at the other end of the hallway. Then imagine someone from your DR that either U are close to or are going to be close to standing in front of you with their hand outstretched to you saying/ singing "Come with me, and you'll be, in a world of pure imagination" A so on. Then take their hand and walk with them to the door. Walk through the door and then thats when I end up in my DR. It sounds silly, but it works really well for me, so idk, give it a shot if you wanna. Also, don't stress too much and don't overthink it. You'll freak yourself out
