Tips for learning languages?

Hello everyone!!
I'm native polish speaker and I know english pretty well, I would like to learn spanish but I have some problems with it. Every time when I'm trying to learn this language, after a few days I'm too lazy to learn. My highest streak with learning this language was 1,5 month?? 

My question is, how to learn it every day without spending money, it is possible??? 

I know english only because it's everywhere and I had to learn it by watching anime (polish subtiles were later, meanwhile english always has been as an option. Games also helped me. I had english also in school)

I also tried to learn spanish by translating comics on webtoon but damn, it's so tiresome
