"Dark Spring" by Unica Zürn
It's more in the disturbing category due to the dark themes brought up, but sad as it's through the lens of a victim to these dark themes. It's one of my favorite books and made me go through a whole deep dive on the author.

It's sad asf.And it also got tea.
It may be fiction but it was .. interesting?
But you may as well to read Russian literature. Same sad and miserable thing.
Or I remembered about these books. The fault in our stars and All the bright places. Perfect for devouring at 3 am in the morning
