Horror/lost/disturbing media

I just finished reading the book Devolution by Max Brooks. It's a horror about Sasquatch attacking a remote community. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

ik im late. But i have some disgusting/disturbing Russian movies.
The most of Svetlana Baskova' movies, such as "Green Elephant Calf" (rus. "Зеленый Слоник"), "The Head" (rus. "Голова") and "5 Bottles of Vodka". Most of them presents a psychodelic chronicles containing gore, porn and body fluids.

Alexander Nevzorov - "Purgatory" (rus. "Чистилище"), (1997). A naturalistic movie about first Chechen war (1994-1996). Known for its violence scenes. For example, theres a scene of Russian soldiers' corpses being torned and buried underground by a tank, cuz the colonel didnt want the terrorists to desecrate the corpses of his soldiers: "In an hour, Chechens will take our point and start cutting the heads and testicles of the guys who are now lying in front of you!".

Alexander Nevzorov - "The hell" (rus. "Ад"), (1995). Basically a documentary chronicle about the first Chechen war, filmed right in the war zone. Includes several scenes of real gore
