There's a lot, but Bigby from TWAU is one of my top 10's 

(spoilers for silent hill 4) Henry Townshend Silent Hill 4 or Red hood Lego Batman.

 First of all Henrys so sweet and respectful to all the women in the game even Cynthia who proposition's him, he doesn't touch her with out  permission and comforts Cynthia when shes dying , along with helping Eileen when she's hurt, omg he's just so sweet, if your a man and single be more like Henry Townshend. 

Red hood on the other hand, I love his comics and his Arkham appearance so much he's such a good character.
