more on the supernatural side rather than fantasy but i really recommend cemetery boys, its a fun and easy read (i finished it in 2 days) and it has trans and gay(mlm) representation (the mc is both)!

Omg, you should check out Mo XIang Tong Xiu's works, or Remnants of Filth/yuwu
They're all Danmei (bl) and have a fantasy ancient Chinese setting!! They have great (and very angsty) stories with happy endings
